  • GooGooGram collects information about your transactions with us and with our affiliates, however all information is retained by GooGooGram until deletion of the customer job from our systems.

  • During the course of your service, we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the GooGooGram service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and reminders without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
  • You may request to have you GooGooGram account removed at any time by sending an email to support@googoogram.com. The GooGooGram team will attempt to remove your account promptly, but we do not guarantee that your account will be removed in any specific amount of time. After your account is removed, it will not be accessible by anyone through the web, but your information may remain in the GooGooGram archives that MK Message Solutions LLC maintains. MK Message Solutions reserves the right to terminate your membership if MK Message Solutions learns that you are abusing your membership or not adhering to the terms of service.
Confidentiality and Security
  • We limit the ability to access personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information in order to service a customer or account.
